I hold my Oregon Principal Broker license and have held my Oregon Real Estate license since 2015. I have a BHS in Human Services and a certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Alaska. I have 2 children, Kendall and Kingston who are my pride and joys! I was born in Douglas County and raised in Valdez Alaska and spent much time in the Douglas and Lane County areas growing up. I have lived in Veneta, Oregon for over 10 years and I love being in the beautiful Willamette Valley and bring with me many exciting experiences. Jacob is known for his rodeo days which began in 1999 - where he has won many championships - including being the North West Champion 9 & 10. Jacob's wife April, is the owner of Lonestar Barbershop in Veneta and you will see Jacob's custom real estate sign hanging in her barbershop! Jacob has grown up horseshoeing, ranching, bucking hay and around horses and he specializes in helping buyer and sellers with horse properties and vacant land.

Jann “the joyful broker” was born in Big Sandy, Texas, but has lived in or traveled through 49 of the 50 states. She went to college in England and traveled through many of the countries in Europe. She is a mother of 3 and grandmother of 11. Her son is a United States Marine. Traveling a LOT has made it easy for her to meet new people and enjoy different backgrounds and cultures. She worked in Title Insurance in her 20’s which was a good foundation for real estate. She has been a real estate agent for 4 years and enjoys her job immensely.
